Worse airline app with terrible UX/UI Application isn't useful. There's always connection errors. You cannot check in online depending on your country of origin (as compared to literally all other airlines). You can't self check in at the airport either. You have to be at the airport in advance and queue at their slow counter. Once they checked you in, you'd think the app would automatically update with latest information, WRONG. CONNECTION ERROR. A decade late in terms innovation.

Had the worst online check in experience ever, spent more than an hour trying to get a boarding pass - the site didn't work most of the time, and at the end I had to pay 15 euro extra for "choosing" options I didn't need. Will never again use this app or fly with Vueling, and would recommend the same to all my friends.

Hi, Alex. Sorry for the inconveniences. Free random seat are available when there are less than 7 days to go. Sometimes, depending on the day you try to check-in, these seats could be sold out. In that case, you can get your boarding passes free of charge at the airport check-in desk.

If you're a US passport holder and run Android just don't even bother installing it. You can't check in for your flights because every time you enter anything US, it changes it to "United States of America (USA)" and then tells you it won't accept that and to only enter the initials. Do it on an Apple phone or just don't do it at all.
