Just horrible. The whole experience can be described by the messages you get, "Something went wrong.", "Some error has occurred"...these are maybe the better ones, sometimes it's just an error code or simply showing an empty page in sections like when you try to make a payment. The website is no better. In addition, you have to log in again and enter OTP codes EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app or the website. Edit: I shared via email as requested but never even got a reply.

Don't use this app. It is an absolute waste of time. First of all, I logged in with my Etihad guest account. During check in, it asks me for my Etihad Guest Account number?? Really? But it got remarkably worse than typing 12 digit numbers - after filling in my passport details and pressing the "Save" Button, I discussed with colleagues where to sit in the plane (we wanted to check in together). This interruption (about 2-3mins with screen turned off) caused the app to somehow reset - and I again had to fill out Etihad Guest Account number, passport details, ... It doesn't save an data at all :-( Save your time, check in at the homepage - this app isn't worth being used.
