the app is a nice to have. they have a strict non-refundable policy but you can cancel your visit up to few days before your visit. so you can reserve tickets without paying until shortly before. I had a private issue with one of my purchases so I had a nice chat conversation with the AI chat. very helpful & professional. and it shows your purchase offline highly recommend.

SCAM! I paid for transfer + dinner + premium seat. Unfortunately, headout didn't tell me the exact pickup time, so I assumed they would pick me up at the time mentioned on their website + in their confirmation email, which was the only time communicated to me, but nobody arrived to picked me up. Their support didn't help me at all, at the end I missed the show and headout refuses a refund. If headout is reading this: please reach out to me (22632379). To all others: better book somewhere else.

Hey Patrick, I'm very sorry for what has happened 😞. This is definitely not the Headout experience we'd want you to have, and so I've personally spoken to all concerned teams to ensure this never happens again.
I’ve now processed a complete refund for this booking and have sent confirmation of this via email, too. I hope this helps. 💜 - Devshree

initially a good experience. For the second booking I didn't have the chance to add my name and it was automatically entered and entered incorrectly (used my middle initial instead of my surname). I was refused access to the Pantheon as a result and couldn't change the booking details. I can't get a refund either. The AI chat bot was quick to respond and offer help but it lied as I spoke to them twice and got conflicting advice
