hard to use as it redirects you to the website and you dont know if you still logged in as the login button is at the top right. I can't add and pay additional luggage as that is greyed out. Went to check in online and of course, I could not be checked in and advised to check in at airport. Good at taking your money, after that, the app is useless.

great easy to use app. One tiny issue is that if a flight is delayed, the boarding pass might disappear from the app, so it's always worth downloading to digital wallet.

Hi Jarek, thanks for the kind words and for flagging this. We’ve checked with our team and a delayed flight shouldn’t cause your boarding pass to disappear (unless you got moved to a new flight). circles of discontent. I go to reset pin, apparantly my thumb print unlocks the app but doesnt let me log in, i get an option to text me, my mobile number comes up with some of the numbers ** out. i press okay, then asks me to enter the last 4 digits of my phone number, the app literally just displayed them, i enter the last 4 digits 3 times then i get locked out.

Hi Anthony, sorry for the frustration. The app actually masks your mobile number for security—it doesn't display the last 4 digits. You just need to type in the actual last 4 digits of your mobile number to verify it's you. You can try again but if you're still locked out, please contact us at 13 11 31 to get this sorted.
