I really love how convenient it is to use samsung pay. However, the rewards are ridiculous because no matter the spendings, you'll earn points with regards to what tier you are in. But what's worse, is that there are a lot of banks and cards that it does not support, so I cannot add credit card which means I won't be able to maintain my tier and the points.

It resets itself for no apparent reason, making me have to set up my bank cards again and have approval from the bank. It already happened when I needed to pay, leaving me in an uncomfortable situation. Also, in Samsung promotions, I lost all my payments that were counting to win. Frustrating, to say the least, extremely unreliable. Will go back to Google Pay on my Samsung phone.

Used Samsung Pay to pay with my phone, I did not realize it had switched to wallet. Now I tried to add it to my new Watch5 and I can't. Wallet is not supported on watch, and the set up for pay requires to fill in a form that won't accept my data (wants a 5 digits post code, but in my country that's only 4 digits!). Plus, in the Pay app on the watch I cannot add my credit card. Why did you have to mess it up?
