Request for update: I have the CallMed system meaning I need to call Medi24 every time I want to visit a doctor, or the costs will not be covered by CSS. This opens a "Zeitfenster" that I used to be able to see and extend on the old app version. Since the update, I cannot find/see/access the Zeitfenster anymore, causing me to miss them ending and needing to pay the bills myself! Please bring it back!

Looks cool. The only thing I would change is the page with the list of all your benefits. The way it's done right now - not something that I really like. I'm talking about the listing of all possible benefits where most of them marked as "no cover available" due to the premium I chose. Instead, I would prefer to have the page only with the benefits that are included/ covered in my premium

Usability and UI isn't that great and needs to be modernized. It's extremely confusing that the Android back button doesn't work. The subject of the messages isn't visible in the overview, so I have to click on all of them to find the right one. Overall, it works and I can use the functionality I need, but there is room for improvement. myHelsana was definitely better.
