Paid to resubcribe but I get asked for more money to access content I used to be able to access. There's no way to get a refund from the Play Store (so this isn't just directed at Ultimate Guitar). When you first purchase an app you get a short period to change your mind if it doesn't meet your needs, this no longer allows access to features that were in my previous subscription so I'd like the option to change my mind on a re-subscription. I won't be subscribing again.

Took the trial and cancelled subscription before it started. Something must have gone wrong, because I still got a subscription and €70 went from my account. I'm really on a tight budget and can't afford to lose €70. I e-mailed Google Play explaining and asking for a refund, but got an answer that it didn't comply to Ultimate Guitar refund policy. Well if this doesn't, what will? Now I'm stuck with a year subscription that I don't even want and lost my money. Thanks a lot.

You can't do anything unless you pay their monthly fee. Also, I couldn't even find the app to uninstall it, I had to find it on Play store. It wasn't showing up in my apps section on my phone. Also, on top of that, it was listening in on my text messages with friends, with pop ups and suggested songs based on what I was typing in to my text messaging. Very invasive all around, and unusable without a fee. Very problematic app.

Hello, garrett duell! We provide over two million text tabs and chords for free, without a trial or subscription. If you saw an upgrade offer on every tab, you must be trying to access pro or official tabs, they are a part of premium membership. Please look for TAB and CRD types of tabs, they are free.
