Moto Feedback

I liked my old moto G phone so when the charging port stopped working I decided to replace it with a new Moto G 2016; The battery life is worse than my old phone. I also don't like the AI feature because it sometimes takes over the phone and interupts my listening to podcasts. Also, when transferring contacts from my old phone, the contacts made multiple duplicates of each contact. There is no feature on the phone to clean up duplicate contacts. I don't recommend this phone.

Completely useless!!!!! I have submitted feedback several times using the app. When you submit feedback it asks for your phone number and email address, so they have a way to make contact with you. But either they don't care about the feedback or they don't even read it. Another app that I wish I could delete and replace with something useful.

I'm getting EXTREMELY ANNOYED by all of these supposedly "critical updates"! I just recently bought this phone a few days ago and it's done at least 5 or 6 updates. Even AFTER I set it to NOT automatically do system updates! This is NOT necessary! I do NOT have internet service at home and VERY POOR cell phone service at home. I'm sick of all of your stupid updates! I want it STOPPED IMMEDIATELY! I HATE THIS PHONE FOE THIS REASON! I thought this was a good brand of phone to get but it's NOT.
