Visual Diagram & Workflow Studio is an offline, touch-first app for drawing diagrams and turning them into step-by-step workflows that people can actually follow. Build a troubleshooting guide, a decision tree, a training flow or a checklist, test it, then share it as a standalone file. No ads, no account, no internet connection needed.

DRAW
A custom canvas with pan, pinch zoom, drag-select, multi-select, snapping to a grid and a mini map. Add shapes with a tap, connect them by choosing a source and a destination, and label the connections. Use multiple pages, grouping, duplicate, delete, and undo and redo. Auto layout offers top down, left to right, radial, mind map, organization and swimlane arrangements. Start from a template or a blank canvas, and add your own PNG, JPEG or WebP images.

MAKE IT INTERACTIVE
Give steps a role: start, instruction, decision, form, calculation, sub-workflow or outcome. Add input forms with variables (text, number and yes/no), set conditions on branches (equals, not equals, contains, greater than, less than) and use simple calculations. Your diagram becomes a guided procedure with a clear path from the first step to a result.

CHECK AND RUN IT
The built-in checker flags a missing or duplicate start, a missing outcome, decisions with fewer than two choices, broken connections, unreachable or unconnected steps, unlabeled branches and conditions that use undefined variables. Then run the workflow yourself step by step, go back, restart and review the outcome report.

EXPORT AND SHARE
Export as an interactive HTML file, PDF, PNG, SVG, CSV or a project file. The HTML file runs in any web browser on its own, with no internet connection, account or app required, so the people you share it with can follow your workflow without installing anything.

KEEP YOUR WORK SAFE
Projects are saved locally. Deleted projects go to the Trash, where you can restore them. Import and export project files to move work between devices. Optional run history is saved only if you turn it on.

BUILT FOR PHONE AND TABLET
Layouts adapt to phones and tablets, with dark and light themes, a high-contrast option, and adjustable interface text size and touch target size.

GOOD TO KNOW
This is a diagramming and procedure-building tool, not a full UML or BPMN modelling suite. Calculations support simple expressions with a single operation, such as price * quantity. PDF export uses a built-in font with limited support for non-Latin characters.
