Visual Trade & Measurement Toolkit is an offline planning tool for renovators, contractors and serious DIYers. Draw a room, work out how much material to buy, plan your cuts and turn it all into an estimate. No ads, no account, no internet connection needed.

ROOM EDITOR
Sketch rooms as rectangles or custom polygons. Add doors, windows and other openings, mark areas to exclude, and drag handles to adjust. A snapping grid, pan and zoom, and undo and redo keep it quick on a touchscreen. Enter lengths in metric or imperial, including feet, inches and fractions such as 5' 7 1/2". Export a room diagram as an image.

MATERIAL CALCULATORS
Flooring, tile, paint, drywall, concrete, decking, fencing, stairs, roof and slope. Each result shows its formula, and you can save it to a project or add it straight to your estimate. Choose a saved material to apply its waste percentage, package coverage or container size.

CUT OPTIMIZER
Enter the pieces you need and the stock lengths you can buy. The optimizer allows for saw kerf, end trim and a minimum usable offcut, works across multiple stock lengths and draws a cutting diagram. It lists any piece that does not fit, and you can move a cut from one board to another. Save cutting plans with your project and export them as a PDF.

ESTIMATE BUILDER
Add material lines with quantities, prices and a taxable option, then add labor hours and rate, tax, contingency and other fees. Export the estimate as a CSV, or include it in a PDF project report.

MATERIAL LIBRARY
Save your usual materials once, with price, supplier, package size, coverage, stock length and default waste, then reuse them in every project. Estimates keep their own copy of each price, so changing the library later does not alter an old estimate. Export and import your catalog.

REFERENCE PHOTOS
Import JPEG or PNG photos from your gallery or files and annotate them with dimension lines, arrows, text labels and freehand marks. Lengths are the ones you type in. Export the annotated photo as an image. Saved photos and annotations are included in the PDF project report.

PROJECTS AND BACKUP
Keep multiple projects with rooms, results, photos and estimates. Search, sort, duplicate and archive them. Export a project with its photos as a JSON file, make a ZIP backup of all projects, and restore it later. Share a text summary through Android Share.

Results are planning estimates. Tile, drywall and cut calculations do not replace a real layout, and stairs and roof tools are not building-code or structural advice. Always check measurements, local codes and current supplier prices before you buy or build.
