Philip D. Grove

Philip Grove is teaches is an expert in Strategic Studies, University of Plymouth, at Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon & Head of Maritime Aviation, Dartmouth Centre for Seapower and Security Studies. He continues to act as a visiting lecturer to Royal Navy vessels, FAA squadrons and shore establishments. He is an experienced speaker at conferences, seminars, book launches and other events.
