This book is about how to make your life more mindful (conscious) by incorporating meditation practices into your daily activities like walking, washing dishes, drinking tea. The book has a lot of exercises starting from beginner level (how to breath) and extending till advanced (what to think about). I found the former really easy to digest and try.
