I will definitely be adapting some core Primal attitudes into my personal regimen. As far as the book goes, I grew tired of his writing style toward the second half, but that's just because I found it repetitive.

I find Barry's review a couple down from this one disconcerting. This is not a diet book and there is no "convincing" you to purchase the book continuously all the way through. What this book is, is a guide on how we used to live and it advocates that past lifestyle. Weight loss happens to be one of the benefits that occurs should you choose and accept this way to live your life. Given the state of the health of the human species my personal opinion is that books like this should be required reading.
