Brutal, Unapologetic and Suffocating! A downright phenomenal book about motherhood, single parenting struggles for women, and how patriarchy unironically ends up enabling and protecting predators. Truly a spine chilling read! To invoke horror, Tracy doesn't goes to bring any ghosts or vampires or even zombies- but rather touches something very primal. An intruder in your house. That feeling of paranoia when we go back and look into a room in which we thought we saw someone... The primitive fear of thinking we might not be alone. A must read!
