Proofing Overnight: A Steamy MM Bakery Romance

Mateo Ruiz knows how to handle a kitchen disaster. A collapsed bedroom ceiling? That's another story. Suddenly homeless, the charming, fast-talking pastry chef has nowhere to go—except the spare space in the bed of Ben Harlow, his maddeningly quiet business partner and the man he's secretly wanted for over a year.

Ben has spent eighteen months loving Mateo in ways he hopes no one notices. A warm breakfast waiting at the pastry station. The best piece of freshly baked rye. Handwritten notes tucked into production sheets. Offering Mateo a place to sleep is practical. Their opposite schedules mean they'll barely see each other.

Until they end up in the same bed.

One unexpected kiss changes everything. Soon the bakery's most stubborn bread maker and its most irresistible pastry chef are discovering that the feelings they've kept hidden are anything but temporary.

But when a tempting business opportunity exposes dangerous secrets about their workload and their relationship, both men must confront the habits that have kept them lonely for years.

Mateo has never learned how to ask for what he wants. Ben has never learned how to let someone help.

If they want forever, they'll have to discover that love means sharing more than a bed.

Proofing Overnight: A Steamy MM Bakery Romance is a tender, passionate small-town love story filled with mutual pining, forced proximity, grumpy/sunshine chemistry, a judgmental orange cat, irresistible baked goods, and a hard-won happily ever after.
