About the author
Earl Lavender is Director of Missions and Professor in the College of Bible and Ministry at Lipscomb University, Nashville, Tennessee. He holds degrees from Ohio Valley College, Lipscomb University, and St. Louis University, and has recently authored Luke and Acts of the Apostles in the Meditative Commentary series. Earl and his wife Rebecca are the parents of three grown children.
