About this ebook
‘Life is full of crossroads, Alex. Full of choices.’
Returning for a second year at Akarnae Academy with her gifted friends, Alexandra Jennings steps back through a doorway into Medora, the fantasy world full of impossibilities.
Despite the magical wonder of Medora, Alex's life remains threatened by Aven Dalmarta, the banished prince from the Lost City of Meya who is out for her blood. To protect the Medorans from Aven's quest to reclaim his birthright, Alex and her friends seek out the Meyarin city and what remains of its ancient race.
Not sure who – or perhaps what – she is anymore, all Alex knows is that if she fails to keep Aven from reaching Meya, the lives of countless Medorans will be in danger.
Can she protect them, or will all be lost?
Join Alex and ‘embrace the wonder’ of The Medoran Chronicles, the YA fantasy epic from bestselling author Lynette Noni. Each book in the series invites you deeper into Medora, expanding the world and unravelling the mystery of Akarnae Academy — and beyond.
Perfect for fans of Leigh Bardugo, Stephanie Garber, Brigid Kemmerer and Victoria Aveyard, with relatable characters plunged into a world of intrigue, danger and magic. This page-turning fantasy series about friendship, finding yourself and the ultimate battle of good versus evil will delight readers as they discover the mysteries of Medora.
‘Lynette Noni is a marvellous and inventive storyteller, whose books are absolutely impossible to put down. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next!’ – Sarah J. Maas, #1 New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of the Throne of Glass and A Court of Thorns and Roses series
