You call Him Lord. But have you jailed Him?
Thanksgiving morning. One verse. One devastating revelation that would shatter everything: "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me."
If I no longer live, then why does my life look so much like mine?
That question exposed a truth most Christians avoid. We have not rejected Jesus. We have done something far more sophisticated and far more dangerous. We have contained Him. We have built prisons where Christ is worshiped but restricted, honored but controlled, present but not free.
Through raw personal testimony and unflinching biblical confrontation, I Jailed Jesus exposes six cells believers construct to maintain control while claiming surrender:
The Compartment Cell - where we give Jesus access without authority
The Comfort Cell - where we domesticate the King into convenience
The Selective Cell - where we worship without yielding
The Convenience Cell - where we use Jesus instead of serving Him
The Familiarity Cell - where we admire without imitating
The Bargaining Cell - where we want resurrection without crucifixion
Each chapter reveals a different prison. Each page demands a choice. Because the same hands that built these cells hold the keys to tear them down.
This is not a book about believing harder. It is a book about surrendering completely. Not about knowing more about Jesus. About releasing Jesus to actually be Lord.
A jailed Jesus may forgive you.
A released Jesus will remake you.
The keys are in your hand. What will you do?
