About this ebook

Fifty-four plates by painters including Daniel Maclise and Henry Dawson range across ruined castles and historic scenes, matching the novel's own landscape of siege and divided loyalty.

His works include Waverley, Rob Roy, Ivanhoe, and The Heart of Mid-Lothian.
