Born and raised in Southern California, W. Arthur Toogood has spent the majority of the past thirty years working in the social services arena in the great American Southwest. Now retired and residing in Tucson, he enjoys casual strolls through the various lovely parks in the area, gazing fondly at the enchanting Southwestern sunsets, and contemplating the mysteries of life under a dazzling starlit night sky.
