When a rescue mission draws him to Isla Sorna – InGen’s secret breeding ground – Malcolm discovers the dinosaurs didn’t just survive. They’ve thrived.

Stranded on an island where ancient predators rule and humans are prey, Malcolm and his team must fight to escape the lost world – or face their own extinction.

The electrifying sequel to the global phenomenon Jurassic Park.

Ultimately feels rather pointless. They go to study dinosaurs, most of the characters survive, there's very little feeling of menace, and the characters are quite one-dimensional and hollow. It doesn't even any light on the events of Jurassic Park. Very little ending.

Great book! And I'm not a reader... Really not sure why the film was so different? There's even more kids in the book than the film... A proper movie version of this would have been brilliant!
