It then develops essential knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, posology, routes of administration, dosage forms, active pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients. Solid, liquid and semisolid dosage forms are discussed with particular attention to their formulation, preparation, evaluation, packaging and storage.
