Katherine's vocal talents are not up to conveying the difference between the many varied characters. Very weak. The other version is much to be preferred.

I personally liked the old audiobook version better, but that might just be because I heard it first and have listened to it a couple of times while working. This version is also very good, and gives the story it's own spin, so to say.

This is the unabridged version therefore much better than the bowlderized one that Penguin also sells.
