Pumpkinhead Zombies
By Richard Smith
When a radioactive meteor shatters the quiet, over-the-top Halloween traditions of Oakridge, the local cemetery doesn't just wake up—it revolts.
Frank, a cynical high-school janitor with an Army motor-pool past, just wanted a quiet October. Instead, he’s roped into chaperoning a senior-class prank in a gothic graveyard alongside Arthur Vance, a perpetually sweating mortician terrified for his property values, and Miss Gallagher, a deadpan English teacher with a penchant for gardening loppers.
When a glowing green space rock crashes into the back forty, it mutates the local dead—and their seasonal decorations. Suddenly, the residents of Oakridge are fighting for survival against an apocalyptic horde of pumpkin-headed ghouls, skeletal Civil War turnip soldiers, radioactive bacon-hogs, and an unstoppable, kiln-fired ceramic juggernaut.
Armed with a case of 180-proof moonshine, surplus high-school dynamite, a pristine inventory of premium copper caskets, and a whole lot of cartel cocaine discovered in the wrong display model, this ragtag band of survivors must blast, burn, and brawl their way to the high school parking lot for one final, explosive showdown.
Pumpkinhead Zombies is a high-octane, laugh-out-loud comedic horror thrill ride that proves survival is all about teamwork, firepower, and keeping your produce properly pruned.
