New feature: swords, helmets and shields detach when units fall

Battles hit harder. When a unit falls, its sword, spear, bow, helmet or shield is knocked loose and tumbles across the battlefield: blades land point first and shields drop flat. Blasts from the Magikill, Giant slams and Lightning Storm throw gear even higher, and the Deads now lose their legs, arms and heads to heavy blows.
