Take charge of your mental health. Overcome anxiety and depression with CBT journaling. 81% of people with moderate to severe anxiety see an improvement after just one month of using Unstuck.

By processing your thoughts and experiences with a guided CBT journal, you’ll develop the skills to take control of your mental health. Unstuck is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the gold standard treatment in psychotherapy. The techniques we use are backed by science, so expect results.

CBT is effective, not just for anxiety and depression, but also for stress, anger, trauma (PTSD), OCD, ADHD, and BPD.
