My mission is to deliver a gym workout log app and workout planner that will help you make progress, build strength, and ensure hypertrophy, all that for free.
I will never change the free feature to a paid one, spam the paywall, limit routines or workout logs, etc. (all the bad stuff other gym workout planners do).

What stands Strive - gym workout log apart:
- Create unlimited workout routines, one gym log forever, unlimited hypertrophy
- Share your workouts with your friends or followers - train together without paying with one hypertrophy app
- Workout planner: Set weight or reps for the next workout and ensure progressive overload, get all the strength and hypertrophy
- Mark deloads to better understand and analyze the data, rest is also crucial for the hypertrophy
- Advanced charts without paywall, analyze routine, bodypart or exercise progress, ensure the hypertrophy
- Fully offline workout planner - I know some gyms have poor reception
- Rest timer personalizable per exercise, optimize your gym workout time with this hypertrophy app
- Personalizable dashboard - Tailor made data at a glance, unique to this gym log
- Placeholder exercise, select exercise category and bodypart or a group of exercises and then select the actual exercise when working out, based on the feelings or what's free at the gym when working out, seen only in this gym log app
- Custom keyboard to easily input data, frictionless hypertrophy app and workout planner
- RIR/RPE - this is an advanced gym workout log
- Wrapped - see your gym log year review
- Themes - make this workout planner truly yours
- No ads - uninterrupted gym log experience
- Privacy first - no data tracking, safe workout planner

Rest of the features that you would expect from a gym workout log and hypertrophy app:
- Measurements and weight ins
- Notes
- Backup
- Prs, build not only hypertrophy but also strength
- Use all the set types, warmup, dropset, myo reps etc
- Dark mode
- Exercise database

I hope my hypertrophy-focused workout planner app will help you achieve your gym goals.
I promise to develop this app until it is your favorite gym log and hypertrophy app.
Remember, we all are gonna make it!
Your gym bro, Artur.

The app integrates with Health Connect to securely access or writw your workout and health data such as exercise, distance, calories and weight to display accurate training summaries and progress tracking without you having to input the data manually. This feature is disabled by default and only becomes active when you choose to connect to Health Connect.
