Kaizen is a Pomodoro focus timer with a built-in app blocker that blocks distracting apps while you focus. Plan your day in a to-do list, build habits, and join study with me rooms for body doubling when you focus better with company.

POMODORO TIMER & STOPWATCH
A study timer and productivity timer for simple time management:
• Presets: Classic (25/5/15), Quick (15/3/10), Extended (50/10/30), Long Focus (90/15/30), or your own
• Focus 5-180 min, short breaks 1-60, long breaks 5-120
• Stopwatch: count up with no fixed end and finish when you're ready
• Auto-start the next session while Kaizen is open, until the cycle ends
• Keeps time in the background and notifies you when a session or break ends
• Immersive fullscreen focus mode showing only the timer

APP BLOCKER
Pick the apps that pull you away, like social media or games, and block them:
• During focus sessions, until your break
• Block now: until you turn it off
• Schedules: block a set of apps at the same times every week, even with Kaizen closed
• An optional "Open anyway" button: you set the uses, wait, and time limit
• Free: 3 apps and 1 schedule
• Premium: unlimited apps, 8 schedules, Strict mode (stays blocked when you pause) and Locked mode (no ending a session or schedule early, with one emergency end a week)
Uses Android's Usage access and Display over other apps, never an Accessibility service. Your app list never leaves your phone.

HABIT TRACKER
Build daily routines that stick with a flexible habit tracker:
• Check-off habits, or timed habits your focus sessions fill in
• Schedules: daily, set weekdays, or X times per week
• Forgiving streaks that don't punish a skipped day
• A consistency score and trend chart: building, or slipping?
• Backdate any missed day
• Reminders that follow each habit's schedule

THEMES & LOFI FOCUS MUSIC
• 70+ backgrounds across Lofi, Nature, City, Cozy, Space, and Minimal, including animated ones
• Lo-fi study music, ambient, nature sounds, white noise, and classical to help you concentrate
• Tracks you play are saved for offline listening

STATISTICS & STREAKS
• Daily, weekly, and monthly focus breakdowns
• Focus by hour and by weekday: find your most productive time
• A focus trend chart to track your concentration over time
• Focus by tag: tag each session as Study, Work, Reading, and more to see where your time goes
• Session history you can re-tag or clean up
• Daily focus streak tracker on your profile

TO-DO LIST & TASKS
Your to-do list meets a work timer, so you see where your time goes:
• Jot a task down in one line now, sort out the details later
• Priorities, due dates, and push reminders
• Today, Tomorrow, and Overdue badges keep deadlines in view
• Pick a task to focus on and the timer logs your minutes to it
• Subtasks and time estimates with visual progress

FOCUS ROOMS: STUDY WITH ME
Study with friends or alongside others in a virtual study room as your avatar, no camera or mic:
• Join any room free, or host a private one and invite up to 3 friends with a link
• See who's inside and if they're focusing before you join
• Live timers for every member, plus the focus tag they picked
• Premium: host public or bigger rooms (up to 50 people), and share your task for accountability

Focus rooms are made for body doubling, a technique many people with ADHD use to stay on task: the quiet presence of others, without the pressure of a video call.

MADE FOR
• Students studying for exams or following a study plan
• Remote workers and freelancers who need time for deep work
