Take the headache out of living together with RentShare—the ultimate tool for automating your household finances.

Tired of manually searching through your email for the electric bill? Tired of messy spreadsheets and arguments over who owes what? RentShare does the hard work for you, searching your email, calculating the exact split, and notifying your roommates with a professional summary.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Link Your Accounts: Connect your Gmail or Outlook to securely find your utility bills.
2. Set Your Split: Define who pays what—whether it's an even split or a custom percentage.
3. One-Tap Summary: Generate a beautiful, itemized HTML table showing exactly what everyone owes for Rent, Electricity, Gas, Water, and more.

KEY FEATURES:
• Auto-Bill Capture (PRO): Our smart engine finds and reads dynamic bills (Electricity, Gas, Trash) directly from your inbox. No more typing in numbers!
• Smart Math: Easily handle Base Rent, Fixed Costs, and complex "Adjustments" (like when one roommate buys the toilet paper and needs a reimbursement).
• Professional Summaries: Send clean, itemized tables to your roommates so they can see the exact breakdown of every cent.
• Direct Roommate Billing (PRO): Send individualized total emails to every roommate with a single tap.
• Smart Reminders (PRO): Never miss a deadline. Set your due date and get notified exactly when you want (e.g., 2 days before rent is due).
• One-Tap Billing from Notification (PRO): See the reminder, tap "Send Bills Now," and you're done for the month—without even opening the app.

WHY RENTSHARE? Most bill-splitting apps require you to type everything in manually. RentShare was built for the busy head-of-household who wants automation. Whether you are a group of roommates, a couple, or a family, RentShare brings transparency and peace of mind to your home.
