Would be nice if I could even use it in the first place. No matter what, it refuses to send a SMS verification code, going through the "I didn't receive a code" and selecting "phone call" as an alternative method grants you the same result: crickets. Selecting "online help" instead sends you on a help page in french that does not even work. No matter what you search, it always says that no results have been found. Once you close that, the whole app is now in french. Disastrous app.

This is seriously the worst online experience I've ever had, and I'm only using this app because I have no other choice. Unfortunately, there's no alternative. Their app can't even do a simple search, and even though I see multiple doctors around my area, the app's search doesn't show them. I have to find them on Google, and once I click on them, it shows their profile inside the app.

The app is as of now using AI although it's CLEAR that our frigging planet is dying right now because of data centers. I am deleting the app and telling my doctors who make appointments via the app that we need to find a different way. They have options for older people and such and now I will also go back to just calling A HUMAN being or something and make an appointment. I am devastated and, frankly, disgusted. This sucks! This is outrageous!
