In less than 10 days, they have approved all my documents. Then they asked for one more (the medical insurance card), and since then, they haven't approved it. It has been two weeks since I sent that doc, and their customer service by phone is non-existent (+ phone number in the app doesn't work). I was only able to chat live with someone who told me they're going to request speeding up the case with the verification team... and nothing happened. Very disappointed of their customer service.

Extremely poor customer support. I have been trying for almost three weeks to order two POS terminals with an already agreed transaction fee. I was passed between representatives, received inconsistent answers, and nobody seemed capable of resolving a very basic commercial request. The product itself is fine, but the customer service has deteriorated dramatically. A simple order turned into weeks of wasted time. Very disappointing experience.

Very clunky, many issues with data extract, and support team are never able to help, just pass blame on to the technical team. I have had an issue raised for over 6 weeks and I've heard nothing. It was escalated 4 weeks ago but the technical team can't figure it out and mypos refuse to provide any information that will help in any way. they still charge their fees though!
