World Estate is a relaxed property tycoon game in toy-like 3D cities. Start with one sunny flat, make it lovely, choose your tenants, and grow a portfolio across seven cities, each with its own market, bank and mood.

BUY
• Every building in the city is somebody's: buy what is listed, or make the owner an offer
• Owners talk back: haggle, ask for the furniture, or walk away
