Works well with samsung m31 But can only record to internal memory. That means if you want to use it for long shoots, you can't store to the sd card (people have asked for this for many years). This makes it very difficult to use for anything other than tiny social media shots. I want to use it for weddings etc and zycami just can't do what I need. At least I can use the gimbal I bought with the native camera but without zycami I can't do any of the cool "follow" features etc. Disappointed!

Requires a subscription to use basic camera features like grid lines (really?). Hand gestures don't work most of the time, which is frustrating. Object tracking doesn't follow the object and the tracking box doesn't stay locked if you move faster than a sloth. Very limited video options. For shooting video, either use your native camera app or get something better like filmic pro. I thought part of the Smooth 5 gimbal experience would be a free app with object tracking that works. No such luck.

Terrible from start to finish. I had the same installation problem as others. And trying to connect the device and create an account was maddening. Their system takes forever to send a verification code so by the time I would get it, it had expired. I tried 4 times...madness!!! Lessened learned check the quality of the app before you buy something like this. No more ZY for me after this nonsense. Fingers crossed I get my moneys worth out of this product.
