I have been on this app for the last 6 years. It is absolutely expensive. Profiles are a bit too fake, but some are real. I have a monthly subscription. however, the emails and messages don't come through because my inbox is probably full. I have emailed the site concerning this and was told that it would be rectified, but unfortunately, it has not . I sent numerous emails and communicated with customer support and haven't received any assistance. very disappointing.

Hi, we understand how frustrating it is to pay for a subscription while still missing emails and messages, especially after contacting support several times. We also understand your concerns about profiles and cost. Please contact customer-success@datinggrp.com so we can review your account and help resolve the issue.

Worst app ever. I've used many apps but this one is the worst! I joined and within minutes my inbox was filled with fake accounts and silly messages. Absolutely shocking it exists

Hi, we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a sudden flood of messages that seem suspicious or inauthentic. Our platform uses verification and ongoing moderation to review profiles and reported activity. Please contact customer-success@datinggrp.com so we can investigate.

While the app is pretty good, it is extremely expensive! For this reason I will discontinue it when I run out of credits. Men members have to pay credits for everything except looking at the profiles and the first email. You said it is for new features, but I see nothing new in the app. Please strongly consider a membership based model instead of credits with one fee for everything on the site. Also please provide easier ways to share contact information between members.
