CiPOS

CiPOS is an internal application supporting sales and operations in the F&B (restaurants, bars, food kiosks) system at Vinpearl and VinWonders locations.

The application allows staff to perform sales tasks directly on the POS machine, including:

Receiving and creating customer orders

Managing tables, service areas, and order status

Transferring processing requests to the kitchen/bar department

Recording payments and tracking invoices

Looking up menus, prices, and applicable promotions at the point of sale

Monitoring shifts and sales performance according to assigned permissions

The application is only available to users who have been granted accounts and permissions on the internal management system. Data scope and functionality are displayed by location, point of sale, department, role, and permissions of each account.
