Repetitive and no skill required. You can only win by repeatedly failing each stage over and over, slowly earning points to level up until you can overwhelm the enemy. Whilst there is limited choice of units that makes some difference, it is not like there is a decent puzzle or strategy element, just patience and repetition

It's a generic game with an unappealing grind. I've played for just under a week, maybe an hour or two per day. Upgrade costs seem to be unaligned with the reward experience. Upon completion of a 'level', you advance your tech and any currency earned is put back down to 0. That means you feel absolutely no sense of reward or progression. Graphically, it's abysmal. It's been created for one purpose and one purpose only... ad revenue.

It's okay. But I think it was a really poor design decision to not let you spawn units from all of the eras you've unlocked so far. Instead of just limiting you to play with *one* single unit for about 20 minutes every evolution. Until you can *finally* afford to buy a second. Also less visually interesting to just see the same looking guys fighting eachother? Feels like a missed opportunity to let you have a variety and see cavemen, riflemen, marines, and robots, aliens all on one battlefield.
