Nice app, the best I have seen so far in the locks category. However, it lacks an instructions manual for users who are not so clever with this kind of new products. The user needs to understand how each function works. Also, it lacks a choice of language in parameters. It installs automatically in language of the phone but this is not necessarily the choice of the user. Thirdly, I have a dual SIM phone. The app installs only ONE instance. Ideally, I want one instance of the app for my private number and another instance for my work number. This way, I would keep both sets of locks separate. At the moment, it is not possible, all my locks are together under one phone number. Not good. I hope the developer responds to my requests. But as it is now, it is already the best app for locks.

Constant unnecessary app changes and an app that takes up 2GB of phone space. Improve security, reliability of Bluetooth connection to gateways, don't change the app background to just say there's an update. The app doesn't even look the same as shown in the Google description.

Thumbs Down Lock doesn't always function properly have to change batteries frequently. Sometimes the lock doesn't work at all even with new batteries. Features in the app doesn't make sense. There isn't a true battery reading.
