TIER - Unlock Your City

Half (maybe even more) of the vehicles are out of order in France. The non-working vehicles appear in the app, they can be unlocked and the unlocking fee is charged even if the vehicle was not moved from its initial position. There is no way to know which vehicles are out of order beforehand and it's difficult to report damaged vehicles. The support never responded.

I went home once with this app, when it told me there was "no parking spot". Yeah, for several kilometers. I basically had to drive all the way back to the spot I started driving home, and then walk home. Additionaly, the payment was timebased, but the scoot drove at 5 kilometers per hour on a highway, which was pretty dangerous to control. All in all, expensive, dangerous and absolutely no progress. This is not worth buying if you dont inform yourself about the apps no-parking places first!

The app is always buggy when you needed the most. Unable to ride after booking the bike multiple times. When you pressed start, you'll automatically get charged. Regardless if you're able to ride them. When you cancel right away, you'll still get charged, even though you end up didnt ride the bike. Less than two weeks and at least three failed attempts already. Lastly and most frustatingly, there's no refund button for this failed attempt. Just install other competitor apps.
