Horrible. One of the buggiest apps I've used. When I log into my account the app shows the loading animation indefinitely. I need to exit the app and open it up again and I'm somehow logged in. I went through some hiccups adding a Switchbot on my main phone but it worked. Tried to add it to a second android phone but it's impossible. Again, the app show a "communicating with device" message indefinitely. Also, the account is useless. All the configurations are saved locally.

Hi Emanuel, sorry for any inconvenience caused. The SwitchBot account is for future firmware upgrade and any possible remote diagnosis. If you find the other cellphone cannot add the same device, that should be some fault setting on the cellphone. Please contact support@wondertechlabs.com, the support will help you resolve this issue accordingly.

Great app! Its so simple. The last motion sensor pic that's triggered displays right when the app is opened so there's basically a report without clicking through, signing up for emails or having to pay for cloud service. Plus SD card storage and viewing is easily accessible if the need to view more thorough footage arises. And plenty of options for controlling the cam from the current view while watching what's happening at the time.

Have ordered items in sales on the app June 30th. Some received mid July while the rest promised by end of July, then mid August. Sept 2nd, most of it still missing, it's supposed to be for October. Contacted several times, each time "Sorry blablabla" Yet, no mail about delays or anything, no product delivered but the **exact same product** in promotion on the app and available on Amazon. It really feels like a scam.
