Christmas Stockings Watch Face

An animated Christmas watch face for Wear OS: four chunky knitted stockings hang over a crackling log fire, each carrying one digit of the digital time, embroidered on its leg in thick cream yarn. The scene is a cozy hearth on Christmas Eve, with a white mantel, red bricks and little brass hooks. A festive look for December, holiday parties and New Year's Eve.

KEY FEATURES
• Each one has real volume: deep stitches, a fluffy white cuff, warm firelight on its lower half and a soft shadow on the bricks behind it.
• They hang at slightly different angles, as if hung by hand.
• The big digits are stitched in yarn that follows the curve of each leg, with a raised satin-stitch texture, so they read clearly on every pattern.
• When the time changes, the one with the new digit swings gently on its hook and settles again.
• Tap the fire and it flares up, sparks rising into the chimney. Every hour it does it on its own.
• Steps, battery and unread notifications are written on three little cards standing on the mantel. Remove a widget and its card goes away.
• Easy on the battery: the stockings move only when their digit changes and the flames only on a tap and on the hour; at rest nothing moves.

• Knit: classic red and green with cream embroidery, nordic white with a red patterned band and red embroidery, or plaid in red and green tartan.
• Time: 12 or 24 hours, as your watch is set.
• Three complications: steps, battery and unread notifications by default. Choose other data for any of them in the watch face editor; another app's complication shows that app's icon.

ALWAYS-ON DISPLAY
Always-on shows only the outlines of the digits and the stockings, dim on black.

HOW TO INSTALL
1. Install it from Google Play on your watch, or tap Install on my watch in the phone app.
2. Touch and hold your watch face, swipe to The Stockings and tap it. To customize, touch and hold it, then tap Customize.
