It would be great to have a bulk add option as I have over 50 plants. There also needs to be an option for those of us who grow plants from seeds, maybe I missed it but that would be the most helpful thing. Furthermore, I think I may just have paid twice for my subscription because the only way to reset everything (I stopped using the app for two years) was to delete all data and when I logged in again, I was asked to subscribe again.

Update: customer service was great and provided a refund. Very happy with the service received. Changed my rating from 1 to 3 for this. I did the 7-day free trial, which I love because I get to test out the app first. The app misidentified three of the five plants I entered. I canceled my subscription the day before it was to renew, but was still charged. I clicked on the cancel subscription, it flashed but went nowhere. The only option it gave was to delete the data, that didn't work.

Helped me keep track of when to water my plants, so I don't have to run around the house everyday, sticking my finger into the soil. Sometimes glitches, where the same plant pops up twice in your To-Do list (sometimes on the same day, sometimes just a day or two apart), so don't rely on it blindly! Lost my String of hearts to this glitch, since it especially hates overwatering... it would be nice to be able to alter the settings in each room (Temp., Draft, etc.)
