I'm fed up with the captions. I've spent hours trying to turn off these annoying captions but nothing works. I want to see the artist cover and not these distracting badly synced AI captions. Searching for solutions I've noticed that this seems to be a problem for years. Isn't it time for us as customers to decide whether or not we want the captions?

Hi. If you're talking about Lyrics, you can switch off Lyric previews by following the steps under "View lyrics" at support.spotify.com. If this is about podcast captions, we'd recommend adding your vote at community.spotify.com. Just head to the Menu > Ideas and search for "Let us turn off podcast captions".

Spotify has a new, horrendous feature where the ending to the song that you are listening to gets cut off by the middle of the next song. I have had spotify for 10 years and appreciated the completion of a song before the beginning of another. Beginnings of songs being cut off is like a movie beginning at the climax. It ruins the experience because the intro is not able to set the scene. And before you say "there is a setting where you can switch it off," I have. My experience gets ruined still

I used to love Spotify, but now if I have it on smart shuffle it'll play the exact same set of songs after the song I pick regardless of the song, and when trying to remove songs from queue they disappear but then show right back up, I thought having premium was supposed to allow me to listen to whatever songs I wanted with unlimited skipping of songs. I would have loved to put a higher rating, but it's not justified to give a higher rating when I have to pay for something to hardy work properly

Hi Malachi, thanks for your feedback. We do have an option for fewer repeats available to Premium users. More info is available at support.spotify.com. Just look for "Shuffle play". If you need anything else, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service by searching "Contact Us" at the same site.
