I thought the app was proving pretty useful, but most of what I see here is not offered in the app we are using and I have auto upgrades on. My biggest complaint with the app is that every time I want to check my inverter I have to physically go outside and scan the code; why doesn't it keep the information? Also, it would be nice to have an explanation of why are production is not the average of the day, week, month, or year; to help ID damage. For example: more cloud cover, storms, snow, etc.

No one to support. App uses chat bot that has simple to follow instructions, but it didn't help me to get the app to display power production. I reset router. I scanned the QR code on the inverter and followed instructions. app says I'm connected, but no data. can't get anyone to help fix this and I've been trying for 3 weeks now. your customer service sucks!

we have had 3 major failures of the two inverters, both have been replaced in less than 3 years UPDATE: I have continued to see problems with the inverters and the optimizers. I have had 3 optimizers down for almost a month and I can't get any response from SolarEdge. Just today it looks like another inverter went out. I have never seen such unreliable products and unresponsive support. my neighbor bought a cheaper system and it never failed. mine has been installed for 6 years constant fail
