its impossible to call them for support. they have the worst input that is designed to purposely never give you access to customer support. be prepared to be put on hold and constantly attacked by their recorded voice that will demand 10 different codes, numbers, ids, pins, dates, and more. You will also have to repeat writing those things in different ways. this is beyond frustrating.

Worst digital banking app in the entire Kingdom. i will never return to this app again. what a pain just to login. A verification from voice call came, he says to confirm new device press 7, but when i press seven it says the code is wrong.

This app always shows warning alerts whenever I try to use some features. My login password does not work properly, and every time I have to log in using OTP, which is very frustrating. I have already complained to the bank, but they are not helping to solve the issue. I am using a latest smartphone (OnePlus Ace 6), so the problem is not from my device. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
