The app is ok-ish, even though not intuitive. The bank itself is awful. Overall, it's very expensive, with a lot of not obvious but very high fees. Rollover and swap prices are awful. Execution is sloppy and you can't really trust their prices. Customer support is slow, and definitely lacks the necessary competencies to promptly address the normal issues a trader can have. I strongly suggest to avoid this bank, as it'possible to get a much better service at much cheaper prices elsewhere.

The onboarding process was very clunky. The ID scan didnt work properly and the fact that the onboarding seems to be done in an in-app browser made it way too easy to tap the big "back"-arrow, after I completed the ID-scan. The fact that I already filled out everything didn't seem to matter. None of the information was stored and I would have needed to restart the whole onboarding.

Ah. if it would just be for the app that should recognize your ID from mobile and laptop, and just does not work. one could say: " bug". but when the customer service is triggered, and the answer is "just use our app to scan the ID and inform us if something is not working". you feel like. guys. I am telling you. It. Is. Not . Working. Why. Can. Not. You. Do. A. Manual. Recognition.
