Terrible Service – Do Not Recommend I placed an order, and immediately after confirming, the app informed me the delivery would take 1.5 hours. I tried to cancel within the first minute, but customer support was completely unresponsive. The food arrived 90 minutes later completely cold. Very disappointed with both the service and support. Avoid this app.

They are slightly cheaper than talabat for some restaurants, but horrible customer service. Change the delivery times according to their rider availability and not restaurants. waited an hour for a delivery that was stated only 20 to 30 min. Refused to cancel my order and asked me to deal with the restaurant even though they were late trying to find a driver.

Extremely Poor. Absolutely terrible experience with Keeta. This is not a one-time issue — it happens most of the time. My orders are constantly delayed, riders keep getting changed, and I have ended up waiting more than two hours for an order. Always have to cancel the order. The worst part is that customer support does nothing except say “Sorry”. An apology means nothing when the exact same problem keeps happening again nd again.If you cannot deliver orders on time, fix your rider management.
