The PhysiApp® app lets you download your PhysiApp home exercise program to your Android phone.

Once you've installed this app on your Android phone, all you need to do is login to the app with the access code that you received from your healthcare provider.

Next, you can download your custom-made home exercise program, consisting of high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos. You can even use Chromecast to play the videos on your Chromecast device.

From now, you will know exactly which exercises have been prescribed to you, and how you are supposed to perform them.

With PhysiApp, you can securely report back to your physiotherapist or chiropractor how much you completed of a given exercise, and if you felt any pain.

PhysiApp lets your physiotherapist or chiropractor track your progress in detail, and intervene if necessary.

If the programm assinged weights are too small or too big, you can't adjust them. the notes you add to an exercise are sent as "message" and you won't see them in the exercise the next time you do it. So no way if increasing weights over time and have that tracked. This makes the app only useful to learn what an exercise is and absolutely useless for anything else.

This app is genuinely amazing. The streaks system is so simple but so effective. There have been multiple nights where I would just have gone off to bed, and yet I dragged myself up to do my exercises in the interest of preserving my streaks. It makes it really easy to communicate with your practitioner, and get tips on how to do exercises. Would absolutely reccomend

not flexible enough with options for hypermobility. for each exercise it needs to have other ways to safely do the exercises and isolate the correct muscles.... also I'd like a visual representation of the muscles that I should be feeling activated, so them to glow in red or something to show all o should be feeling. the explanation isn't detailed enough or worded well enough. it's not clear direct explanation. it leaves too much to Interpretation for those who've never worked out.

What’s new

Completing exercises is smoother: quick complete works for more programs, a new screen marks finishing all your exercises, and you can give session feedback from the home screen. Videos have a refreshed player. We also fixed the app closing when opening email or notification settings, PDFs not opening on some devices, the dialer not opening in intake emergencies, and other small issues.
