I first downloaded this right after I got my very first Soundcore A20i. I got hooked once I saw that you can edit your controls, EQ and you can find your earbuds if one went missing. It got even better when I got my new R50i NC, where I could adjust the level of Noise Cancellation, actually edit my EQ, make more than one customized EQ preset and save them. Altho, when opening the app for the first time, it feels slow and sluggish. I always have to restart it affer first opening it. Please fix it

decent app, with all features working as expected. - The hearing test with option to adapt the sound output to your frequency sensitivity for left and right actually does a good job for me! was kind of surprised.. However, my girlfriend is hearing impaired and for her it doesn't work at all. Out of range on most of the tested frequency bands. - Increased adaptability range and sensitivity, more like a professional hearing test, would give a 5 star review from me!

it does it's job, sadly, it's kind of annoying having to connect both my laptop and then to my phone just to turn on the "gaming mode" for low latency. No it doesn't apply permanently, you have to manually turn it on whenever you put on your earbuds, I don't know if it's a model feature where lower earbuds like the sound ore R50i NC gets no automatic feature compared to newer models. But if that is the reason then that's terrible and greedy reasoning.
