The game itself is fun but I cannot stand the penalties and how easily they are handed out. I just recently stared playing and am learning alot of characters and abilities. I practice with mine and head to start a match. sometimes I will have good match-up and do amazing. sometimes I lose bad against high level players. but I get penalized heavily and regularly for a bad match. but not rewarded for good matches. even when my kda is bad, my lane is clear and I'm keeping pressure. might uninstall.

Your matchmaking is honestly the worst. The game itself is fine, but why am I losing 7-9 games straight for no reason?It's always the same thing - you pair me with completely useless teammates who don't march, don't help, and play inconsistently. I'm trying to actually play and they're just throwing the game.They don't,or have no clue on how to play the character and I'm always the one putting in the most effort.Stop punishing good players with braindead teams. Fix your system.

Losing several games can really shake confidence, and we understand how you feel. Wins and losses are influenced by many factors such as teammates, and your states.You can adjust your mindset appropriately, practice your best heroes or tactics, and climb when you're in better states.That way, your chances of winning will be more stable. Keep it up!

I would avoid this game..while it's nice it's not a cash grab, at least on non Asia servers, the game matching is not great. Lately I wait 5 or more minutes for a match. Then during match the other team often seems way too coordinated. Like AI is really playing. You can be alone, hidden and waiting. But second you emerge, 3 or 4 or 5 enemies are there. Yet, you can't get 2 team mates to stick together for more 2 seconds. And the whiney reporting system. Done with and u should avoid
