initially it was great, but to get customer service is ridiculous, the order doesnt come in the specified times, more than 3.5hours late. you cannot request a refund because the delivery is not updated once its done and products are missing . when you whatsapp the customer serivce as per the number provided on the app , they take your concerns and no one contacts you, the customer service line is pathetic. Money and time spent is a waste!

it's frustrating, after wasting time and effort searching for products ,adding the card details , it gets rejected and empty the cart, I try again , repeat the whole process ,and again 5 times thesame happen !! why offer to sell if the purchase will never happen!!! zero star!

I appreciate the effort this pharmacy making. The only pharmacy on my phone to be honest. Ever since 5years now I have been an active user.... Reliable apps and delivery... I had an incident a month ago and was resolved with satisfactory response and action... I only have one issue recently the app been crashing while I on it and I have to relaunch.. Hope this gets fixed soon
